# Booking Information for Guests

## To start defining booking information:

Navigate to Admin Settings -> Product Settings -> flaik sales -> Booking information for guests

## To edit booking information:

On the right side, click Edit

### Nominated contact for booking inquiries from guests

When your guests have questions about booking offers, this is the person on your team they will contact first.

### Hyperlink to additional resort information

If you want to include links to your resort’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Guest Wavier, add the relevant URL links here.&#x20;

* Terms of Service
* Privacy Policy
* Guest Waiver

Each of these links can be enabled or disabled if inapplicable or undesired for your resort.

### Additional booking information text

If enabled, this text will be displayed to a guest when they receive a lesson offer.

Bold Font, Numbered Lists, Bulleted Lists, and Hyperlinks are supported.&#x20;

### Booking change & cancellation policy text

If enabled, this text will be displayed to a guest when they receive a lesson offer.
