# Creating A Guest Survey

### **Creating a guest survey**

Go to **Admin settings** -> **Product settings** -> **Guest Experience** -> **Guest Survey** -> **Edit**\

Once in Edit mode, you can edit the title, change the questions, delete questions, rearrange the order, and enter hints.

#### Hints

Guests will respond to your questions on a 1 through 10 scale. The hints allow you to provide some context on what each part of the scale represents.&#x20;

The min hint appears at **0**, the mid hint appears at **5**, and the max hint appears at **10**.&#x20;

#### Comment box

While all your questions will have the 1 through 10 scale for guests to answer, the last step of the guest survey will include a box where guests can write specific comments will automatically be included at the end of your survey.
