Creating a guest survey

Go to Admin settings -> Product settings -> Guest Experience -> Guest Survey -> Edit Once in Edit mode, you can edit the title, change the questions, delete questions, rearrange the order, and enter hints.

Hints

Guests will respond to your questions on a 1 through 10 scale. The hints allow you to provide some context on what each part of the scale represents.

The min hint appears at 0, the mid hint appears at 5, and the max hint appears at 10.

Comment box

While all your questions will have the 1 through 10 scale for guests to answer, the last step of the guest survey will include a box where guests can write specific comments will automatically be included at the end of your survey.
