2025/26 Season - Stuck Tag Bug

Identifying the issue:

This issue is where the tag goes into a cycle where it gets "stuck" and cannot get cell communications or GPS. It presents visually in a couple of different ways depending on the charge level of the tag. Any tags presenting the following LED behavior should be pulled from the fleet and returned to flaik for repair.

Charged and on the dock power (stuck state)-

When tags are fully charged and enter the "stuck" state, on power they will present as solid green with in intermittent red LED flash:

Note: When a tag in this state is taken off the dock, it will pulse yellow (normal off-dock behavior of a charged tag). It will never gain comms/gps so it will never go to pulsing green.

Low battery power, placed back on power dock (stuck state)-

If a tag is in this "stuck" state and has been off power for some time, once it goes back on the power dock it will cycle through three LED lights. The cycle of LED colors you will see are pink, then solid red, then dim red. Followed quickly by the same cycle. See video below for how this presents:
