'Check Ticket' Functionality
Overview:
Check Ticket allows resort staff to scan a guest's lesson media to ensure that there is a valid product attached to that ticket on the day-of. If a guest walks up with pass media, a resort staff member can select "Check Ticket" and scan that media on the next page. The Scanner will work to look up the guest information from the point of sale. If the guest has a valid product for that day, the scanner will display a large green check mark and the sold lesson details. If the pass does not have a valid product for the day, the scanner will display a large red X. If this occurs, it does not mean that there is not a valid product attached to that pass, it just means there isn't a valid product attached to the pass for today.
Required for Use:
For the Check Ticket button to appear on the scanner, this feature must first be turned on by flaik. Additionally, for Check Ticket to function properly, all products that are to be used with Check Ticket must be mapped properly within flaik.
Instructions for Use:
To use the Check Ticket function on the scanners, first, click "Check Ticket" from the app home screen:
Once on the "Scan Guest Lift Pass" page, media can be scanned in via RFID, barcode, or by clicking the keyboard icon to manually enter the pass media number:
If the media scanned, does not have a valid day of product attached to it and/or valid guest, the device will return a red screen with an 'X' and details of the missing data. This screen will read "No sales for today" if there is a guest found in the system but there is no day of product attached to that guest:
The screen will read, "No Sale or Guest details" if there is no guest or product found for the media scanned:

Immediately following the red "X" screen will be a details page that will outline the sourced information from the scanned media. If there was a guest found within the system, their name will be listed. The "Sales Today" category will say "0" which indicates there is no day-of product attached to that scanned media:
If the media scanned, has a valid day-of product attached to it, the device will return a green screen with a check '✅ ' and copy that reads "Sale for today":
Immediately following the green check screen, will be a details page that will outline the sourced information from the scanned media. If there was a guest found within the system, their name will be listed. The "Sales Today" category will list a number above 0, indicating how many day-of products are attached to that media. Also listed will be the specific product name and product code which is attached to that scanned media:
