Restarting the RFID on the TC7x
There is a known issue that when the screen times out on the TC7x devices, it can render the RFID Functionality inactive. Upon waking the device the RFID will have stopped working.
When this happens, carry out the following action:
1. Click on the "O" button beneath the scanner screen to close the flaik App.

2. Upon landing on the device "Lockdown Screen," click on the "flaik App" Icon to restart it. You'll then be able to resume scanning RFID.


*Note: If RFID is still not functioning, please get in touch with flaik. There are a few device settings that may also need to be adjusted, but these can only be accessed by flaik. If this is an issue, once you get in touch with flaik, please ensure you leave the device turned on, on power, and connected to WIFI. This will allow flaik to remote control the device and fix the RFID read issue.
