# Submit your Availability calendar

An overview of submitting your Availability Calendar for Instructors.

### 1. Receive Availability Email

Your availability email should look similar to the screenshot below with your resort's unique logo and deadline dates.

### Follow through the Availability steps

Please read the details explaining the availability submission process. This will be helpful for you on the next page.

1. By selecting <mark style="color:blue;">**Click here**</mark>, you'll learn more about the scheduling requirements set by your resort.
2. **Total minimum season commitment** will show you the required boxes to be checked for the season to submit. The nine mandatory days have been pre-selected and counted toward the minimum season commitment.
3. **Additional rules** will show the minimum required boxes for that color that need to be checked to submit.
4. **Programs** allow you to sign up for seasonal programs ahead of time. By selecting the program, your calendar will count this toward the minimum season commitment.

**Note**: When you select a program, this does not autogenerate you on the program schedule; instead, it communicates to your admin team that you're available to work the full duration of the program.

Once you've selected the days you're available to work, select <mark style="color:blue;">**Next**</mark> on the bottom right corner of the page.

### Review and Submit Availability

Take a moment to review your selections before submitting, as you can not edit these once they have been submitted.

If you require your selections to be changed after submitting, you must contact your supervisor to make these changes on your behalf.
