RTP - Cancelling, Refunding, & Returning lessons

Cancelling/Refunding lessons in RTP

• A Refund will not trigger a schedule update in flaik (similar to how it won’t update the instructor’s schedule in RTP or free up space in the inventory pool).

• Instead the lesson would need to be Cancelled or Returned.

• To have cancellations flow properly into flaik so that the instructor’s schedule is updated accordingly, make sure the lesson in RTP has a status of either Return or Cancel.
