Transfer Type -> Send to VRA Azure Blob Storage

• flaik will export any payroll data that has been finalized by 10:00 PM local time each day

• flaik will export finalized payroll data in .CSV format

• The file will be automatically uploaded to the designated Azure Blob Storage
