# InTouch

## InTouch Integration (Direct API)

flaik connects to **InTouch** directly via API, cloud to cloud. Nothing is installed or hosted at the resort.

> **Migrating from the resort-hosted integration?** If your resort currently runs the flaik POS Integration API (formerly Resort Service API) for InTouch, flaik is migrating all InTouch connections to this direct integration. flaik support will coordinate your switch — including decommissioning the on-site service once the direct connection is verified.
