# Goals For Evaluations

### For management:

* Can review your staff's performance.
* Can communicate how effective they were in their role.
* Can set rehire recommendations that will be visible in Talent Pool.
* Past evaluations can be found in Staff Management.

### For staff:

* Can receive their teaching statistics, guest responses, & supervisor feedback.
* Can see evaluations from previous seasons.

### Instructor Access

Instructors can view and acknowledge their evaluations on either mobile or desktop by navigating in flaik to 'My Evaluations'. They are not able to see the hiring recommendation, though.
