Guest Profiles

The guest profile is a full, tabbed profile page that brings everything about a guest into one place: their contact details, medical flags, ability levels, notes, lesson history, and bookings.

How the guest profile works — opening it and what's on each tab — is covered in the For Instructors → Guest Profiles guide. This page covers what supervisors and managers can do on top of that.

What supervisors and managers can do

• See every guest. With All Guests access you can open any guest's profile — not only the guests in your own classes and lessons.

• Edit guest details. With the right permissions you can add and update the guest's preferred contact and emergency details, verified ability levels, and notes.

• See the guest's bookings. The Bookings tab lists every booking offer the guest has received. This tab is available at resorts with flaik Bookings enabled.

• See what's changed. The Change history tab shows a log of changes made to the guest's profile.

Where else you can open it

As well as the ways instructors open a profile (My Classes, My Schedule, Lineups, and Search), supervisors and managers can open one from:

• Class Management — click a guest in any class.

• Scheduling — open the guest from a private or pre-assigned lesson.

• Bookings — click the purchasing or lesson guest.

• A guest's details — use the View full profile link when adding or editing a guest.

Where pickup happens

The guest profile is a place to view and manage a guest's information. Guest pickup and sign-out happens in the Pickup tab in My Classes, and in Class Management. See your Guest Pickup settings for what's collected at sign-out.
