# Lineups - at a glance

### Navigating to Lineups
Lineups is only available for the **mobile version** of flaik. To use it, access your resort site using a mobile device.
To navigate to the Lineups feature, click on the navigation menu in the top right corner. Select Lineups from the list of menu options.
### **Overview of the Lineups Dashboard**
When you open Lineups, you'll automatically land on the current day. To select a different day, slide left and right on the date slider to choose a day in the past or future.
The dashboard has an overview of all your lessons for the day, broken out by the three teaching task types in flaik: privates, groups, and programs.
#### Private Lineups
The Privates section will display summaries for private tasks that are associated to private lineups. You will get an overview of:
1. The number of private lessons you have sold for the day,
2. The number of instructors assigned to private lessons, and;
3. The number of unassigned lessons.
#### Group Lessons & Program Lineups
Group lessons will summarize all tasks that are associated with Group Lineups (Task Type = Group Lesson). Programs will summarize all tasks that are associated with Program Lineups (Task Type = Program).

In Lineups, group lessons and program lessons are handled the same way, and so the interface is identical. From here on out, the knowledge base articles will focus on group lessons.

The summary will display:
1. The number of guests associated with all Group or Program Lineups for the day.
2. The number of instructors scheduled for all Tasks that are associated with Group or Program Lineups.
3. Calculated Guest : Instructor ratio so you can easily see if you need to adjust staffing levels.
### Selecting Lineups
Tap on the area you’d like to see the Lineups for. Either Privates, Groups, or Programs.
You will be brought to a secondary screen where you will see all lineups associated with the selected category.

You can choose one or more Lineups to view. Select one lineup to see detailed information about all the tasks that are associated to that lineup.
If you select more than one, the associated tasks for all the selected Lineups will be listed.

### Favoriting Lineups
Often, supervisors will oversee a specific set of activities day after day like Kids or Adults. They have the ability to favorite certain lineups so they appear at the top of the list.
To favorite a Lineup, long hold on the Lineup title and a pin icon will appear and the Lineup will copy to the "Your favorites" section at the top of the list.
