Private Lineups

Lineups for private lessons - overview

The top section of the Lineups screen gives you an overview of all selected lineups. You will see a summary of the:

  1. Total number of Lessons associated to all selected Lineups

  2. Total number of Instructors who are assigned privates for the selected Lineups

  3. Total number of unassigned lessons

Underneath the totals, you will see a list of all the selected Lineups and the summaries for each. This will allow you to see information specific to each selected Lineup.

The ratio on the left shows the number of sales over the number of assigned instructors.

If there are any unassigned lessons in the Lineup, a flag will highlight the number that still need to be assigned.

Similarly, if you have instructors who have a checkin status of Late or No show, you will see an indicator on the Lineup where there are instructors with that issue. If there are instructors with a conflict on their schedule, you will also be able to identify where the instructor with that issue is.

NOTE: These statuses are also visible when viewing the list of instructors to indicate which instructors' schedules need to be actioned.


Viewing guests

The guests tab lists all guests who have sales that are associated with a particular lineup. The guests are listed alphabetically by last name.


Viewing lesson details

To view the assigned instructor and lesson details for a guest, click by the guest name or the 🔽 arrow to expand the detailed view.

This tile will show:

  1. Lesson type and discipline.

  1. Lesson start and end time, level, and whether the lesson is part of a series.

  1. Task title (and start location if synced from the POS).

  1. The assigned instructor and an option to reassign the task (or an unassigned tag and the option to assign the task if there is no instructor).

  1. List of all guests including: names, ages, allergy information and VIP statuses.

To get more information about the sale, you can click on the private card to open the lesson details screen. This view is the same as you would see from My Schedule or Scheduling in mobile.

Assigning a guest to an instructor

If a guest does not have an assigned instructor, there will be an unassigned tag next to the name in the list of guests and there will be an 'Assign' button included in the task details.

A list of instructors will appear with summaries of their availability and schedules for the time of the lesson. You can either search for an instructor you have in mind or select one from the list.

After selecting an instructor and clicking 'Assign,' a confirmation screen will pop up, click Assign to continue or Cancel if you want to go back.


Viewing instructors

The instructors tab has a roster of all instructors who have assigned lessons that are associated with a particular lineup. The instructors are listed alphabetically by last name.

Expanding an instructor line will allow you to see the same lesson details that you saw for the guest, with additional links directly to the instructor schedule and instructor profile.


Reassigning a lesson

If a staff member is late or sick, or if you need to make a last minute assignment switch, you can do so using the 'Reassign' button on the Lesson details.

Note: You can reassign private lessons from both the Guests tab or Instructors tab.

The reassign window will open with a list of instructors and summaries of their availability and schedules at the time of the lesson. You can either search for an instructor you have in mind or select one from the list.

Select reassign and confirm your selection on the confirmation page.
