In this email, we'll cover the updates we've made to the **Instructor Experience**, **Evaluations**, and **Training**. \ This is the last of these summer update emails, but keep an eye out for future updates and some information about registering for our upcoming Webinar Series. **Change Log:** **Instructor Experience** * My Classes - Report Cards - Added the ability to edit report cards up to an hour after the class has ended, even if the report card has already been submitted by the instructor. The instructor will still be able to complete a previously unsubmitted report card at any time. * My Schedule - flaik will now auto-update the schedule if the browser regains focus. This will mean if a user checks their schedule in the evening and then checks it again the following morning, the interface will automatically reflect any changes which have occurred since the page was last refreshed. This includes changing from a day off to a work shift or showing they can now check-in for their shift on the current day. * Email Correspondence - Staff invite and reminder emails - email content updates to include information about the knowledge base. Also updated the initial email to include the website and the email address to use for logging in, same details used in the reminder email. **Evaluations** * Staff Comments - Included the ability to view a staff member's comments after an evaluation has been acknowledged in the evaluation desktop experience. * Hiring Recommendation - Updating the hiring recommendation field in Talent Pool/Staff Management based on the value set in the evaluation process. This means both the rehire recommendation in employment details and the hiring recommendation in hiring will be set to the same value specified when an evaluation is finalized. * Employee Metrics - The "total hours" metric used in evaluations is now calculated using the Tasks hours (group lessons and non-teaching tasks) + Private lessons hours for the field. This was previously just Tasks (group lessons and non-teaching task). **Training** * Training Calendar - Added the ability to create training clinics in upcoming seasons. This means you will now be able to set up the training calendar for the upcoming season prior to the end of the previous season. * Training Calendar - You are now able to schedule and publish pre-season trainings in September. Previously, you were only able to schedule trainings from the start of October onwards. * Attendees & Reviews Tab - Added the ability to see the attendees and review tab for all training clinics for current seasons. This was previously only available if you were on or past the start date of the season. **Admin Tips:** * Are your staff starting to feel the stoke for winter prior to arriving at the resort? You can set up pre-season trainings over zoom to get things rolling.
