Supervisor Checkin on Mobile

If a supervisor needs to checkin a staff member on their behalf, or make a checkin status change. New in 2023

1. Multi-Check in

• Go into Scheduling (this is different than My Scheduling) > click on date to view all scheduled staff

  • Use the filtering feature if needed

• Click the Edit check in button

• Make the edits you need, click Save

Note: If an instructor is not on an 'on shift' you will not be able to see them in mobile scheduling tasks by default. Use filters to bring in 'off shifts' and filter in or out other information you want.

2. Individual Checkin

• Click the instructor

• At the bottom click the blue Edit Check in button.

• Click the status you want them to have

• Click Save

Check In status from Scheduling>Tasks is only available for current day, not past or future. You can view past check in status' in Timekeeping Mobile, but not edit.

To return to view all your staff instead of one individual:

• Click the /MonthDay/ text, or use your browser's back button.

• If you are not seeing Instructors you think you should, check what filters you have in place.

3. Timekeeping Check in status

You can view someone's check in status in Mobile Timekeeping, similar to desktop timekeeping

This is to help you know who may need to have their paid tasks edited before approval based on if they were late or a no show.

• Green Circle with check mark = Checked in

• Yellow Circle exclamation point = Running Late

• Red Circle = No Show

• If there is a profile photo or gray circle silhouette - it means neither the instructor nor supervisor have given a checkin status that day.
