Resend RYL

Resend the Relive Your Lesson (RYL) Email Link

If a guest reached out and said they would like the Relive Your Lesson (RYL) email resent to view their GPS data/route video replay, anyone with Reports Permissions can find the link and send it to the guest.

Note: It is not possible to auto-generate another email from the flaik system. There is a way to locate the link to the guest experience and then send that link to the guest from your own resort email outside of flaik.

Step 1

  • Login to flaik

  • Navigate to Reports on the left-hand side of your flaik site:

Step 2

  • In Reports choose the date of the lesson you wish to find

  • Select Class List, making sure to check Guest Experience Details

  • Select Download CSV

Step 3

  • A CSV should now be downloaded

  • Open it up and find the Guest's Name

  • Scroll over to the far right and find the Guest Exp RYL URL column

  • Copy the link that was sent to the guest in question

  • You can click the link as a test if needed before sending

Many resorts make an email template with their Logo, where they can paste the link quickly.
