Class Management Overview
List of Classes
First off you'll see a list of all classes, listed by Instructor (sorted by last name). The class type, start time, level and number of guests appear to the right of the instructors name.
You have the option of seeing the class list associated with an instructor without having to jump into the actual class card. To do this, simply hover your mouse over the word Class List on the right hand side.

Display Options
You have the ability to choose what columns you would like to have visible in your Class Management display. To choose this, click on the gear icon at the top right of the list of classes. Class Name will always be displayed, but you can choose the 4 subsequent columns that you prefer.

Filter Options
Like in other parts of flaik, there is an option in the upper left to Filter. Select from the options to narrow down the list of classes displayed on your screen.

Sort Options
You can further customize your display by using the sort options in the top right of the Class Management screen. The list of classes can be sorted by:
Class name
Teaching task
Start time
Ability level
Number of guests

Search Options
If you are looking for a particular person, either an instructor or a guest, you can use the search function to track them down. You can search by:
Instructor name
Guest name
flaik Tag ID
Important Guests
At the bottom right of the Class Management page, you will see a count of Important Guests. This will tally the number of Guests With Allergies & VIP Guests.

Guests with allergies are pulled over from your point of sale system, and can't be edited.
VIP guests can be added by opening the class list the guest is in, navigating to the guest information menu item and clicking on their name.

This will bring up the guest's profile where you can click "Edit" and the bottom of the modal and click the box "this guest is a VIP."

Click "Save" to finalize and count this guest toward the number of VIPs.
Class Cards / Class Lists
To enter into the class list itself, click on the name of the instructor. This will bring up the class modal where you can see further information about the class, guests and notes.

To see guest details, click on Guest Information.
Click on Notes to access a section to pass along details to the class's instructor.

To edit any of these fields, click on the Blue Edit Button to enable edit mode. Click Save when you are done editing.
Here's a couple of other things that you can do in the New Class Management.
