#### Tools

There are some tools to assist you in this step

* Filter
* Search Bar to locate a specific Task or Training Clinic Type
* Sort to change which column determines the order

### Associating Paid Activities with Training Clinic Categories

* To update which paid activity is associated with a training clinic category, expand the applicable category on the left to find the correct Paid Activity, and then drag the activity over to the training category.
* If a training category has an incorrect Paid Activity, drag a new item across to it to overwrite the current entry.
* To add the same Paid Activity to multiple items, select all the applicable lines (by clicking on the box to the right of the Paid Activity Category description) and drag the Paid Activity over to any of the selected rows.

By selecting the boxes next to the Training Clinic Category that you want to associate to one Paid Activity, you can drag that Paid Activity on to all of those Scheduling Products at once.

Make sure to save your work by hitting the *Associate paid activities* button in the bottom right of the training clinic category screen.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://knowledgebase.flaik.com/flaik-knowledge-base/for-administrators/admin-settings-product-settings/timekeeping/timekeeping-creating-and-associating-paid-activities/timekeeping-creating-and-associating-paid-activities-3.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
