RTP - Misc Best Practices

Required

• Every flaik Shift & Task is mapped to an RTP Instructor Activity

• The RTP IPcode for each instructor needs to added to the flaik Staff ID field

• All instructors need to exist in RTP Customer Manager and to have the Instructor Profile and Instructor Discipline Profile added/updated.

• Selling a Private Lesson:

  • Product component needs to be flagged as a private lesson component.

  • Product Header needs to be priced and available for sale for the date in question (for the appropriate sales channel and sales location).

  • Each lesson product should be sold to a specific Customer IPcode for guest information to flow to flaik.

• Cancelling/Refunding lessons in RTP

  • A Refund will not trigger a schedule update in flaik (as it won’t update the instructor’s schedule in RTP).

  • To have cancellations flow properly into flaik so that the instructor’s schedule is updated accordingly, make sure the lesson has a status of either Return or Cancel.
