Mapping New Items - Add POS Products
Connecting lesson products from your Point of Sale (POS) to flaik Tasks by mapping them, so sale and guest information will flow into your flaik scheduling page
To Start Mapping
Navigate to the POS Integration Page, Under Product Settings in Admin Settings

If you cannot see this page, check your Permission Tiers
Decide if you want to Map Group Lessons Products or Private Lessons Products and click the corresponding item on the left
To bring in POS Lesson Products:
On the right side, click Add POS Products

Now you should be looking at your resort's Point of Sale Product Categories.
It will show all items, not just ski school, so use the search bar, sort button, and saved filters to help narrow the categories you're looking for. More details on creating and saving filters here.

Select your POS category, often similar to a POS folder that has the lesson product items you're looking for.

Once you've selected a folder/category, click Continue on the bottom right
Now you will see individual products from your POS.
Use the search bar, sort button, and saved filters to help narrow the categories you're looking for. Click the ones you want to bring into flaik, click Next.

Review your selections
This screen you can review the Products you clicked

If flaik will display any current sales associated to the products you selected, the number will show under 'sales added'. Click previous if you need to make any changes
Click Save if you want to continue
Step Complete
After clicking save, the screen will refresh back to the POS Integration Page, and you should now see the items you selected
