Open Private Lesson Order Fails

'Line item 1: The private lesson for [name] on [date] has been modified outside of the order. Please retrieve the order'

Issue

On certain versions of RTP, Private lessons that have had the start time changed from the default during the sale will present an error message upon reopening the order. The start time for the order line will revert back to the default time of the instructor activity while the instructor's schedule will retain the start time from the original sale. While in the order in One|Resort, the user is unable to cancel the lesson, return the lesson, remove the instructor, fulfill the lesson, or perform any other tasks.

RTP Versions

This issue appears to be isolated to RTP versions 2022.4.0.x, but if you experience this in older or newer versions of RTP please let flaik know.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Sell a private lesson and change the start time via the drop down menu.

2. Take payment, save booking.

3. Reopen the booking.

4. The error message 'Line item 1: The private lesson for [name] on [date] has been modified outside of the order. Please retrieve the order' should appear

Solution

As this error appears to be confined to RTP versions 2022.4.0.x, upgrading to version 2022.4.1.65 or newer should resolve the issue.

Work Around

1. In flaik, change the instructor assigned to the private.

2. Let flaik & RTP sync.

3. Reopen order.
