Toggling guest surveys for specific tasks
If it is your first season, or if you've never used Guest Surveys before, reach out to the flaik support team to check that Guest Experience emails are turned on to send in the backend settings of your flaik site.
Then head to Admin settings -> Product settings -> Global Product Settings -> Tasks
In each individual lesson task you can choose to have Guest Surveys turned on by selecting the check box. Click Edit to make changes, click Save to confirm them.

Notes
In order for surveys to be sent out to lesson participants, they must be in a class in Class Management - either by scanning them, using pre-assignment in Scheduling, or having the instructors create the class via mobile class management.
If the Survey option is selected for a program, it will be sent out for each date that has been added to the Program Dates field (report cards also behave the same way). It is recommended to add these options after the second last lesson day and before the final lesson day.
