Scheduling/Inventory Areas

Scheduling / Inventory Areas are how we group Tasks when you are in Task View in Scheduling. In the example below, you can see that there are 4 primary scheduling product categories - Adults, General, Kids, and Training.

You can modify, add, or turn off Scheduling / Inventory Areas within Global Product Settings. You can also add products to categories.

To get started, click on "Edit" (right-hand side).

Once in Edit Mode, click on the arrow (right-hand side of Scheduling / Inventory Areas) to expand it out.

You can modify the Name of the Scheduling / Inventory Area or Color. Once adjusted, click "Save".

If you want to add a Scheduling / Inventory Area, click on the "+ Add a scheduling product category". Then input a name for the product category and choose a color. Once done, click "Save".
