Employment Types
Employment types are the kind of employment offers that are made to staff that relate to their level of commitment to your school.
To edit Employment Types Navigate to: Admin Settings -> Product Settings -> Global Product Settings -> Employment Types

In this settings menu, you have the ability to:
Add Employment Types
Delete Employment Types
Edit Employment Type names
Activate or Deactivate existing Employment types
Adding Employment Types:
Click the blue "Edit" button on the right side of the screen.
Click "+add Employment type".

Fill out the name of the new Employment Type:

Click "Save."
Deleting Employment Types
Click the blue "Edit" button on the right side of the screen.
Select the trash icon for the employment type you would like to delete.
Click "Save."

You cannot delete an employment type currently in use. This ensures accurate data throughout the site.
Editing Employment Types
Click the blue "Edit" button on the right side of the screen.
Highlight the text describing the employment type.
Type what you would like to rename the employment type as.
Click "Save."

Activating or Deactivating Employment Types
If you would like to deactivate an employment type that you are not using in the current season, you can toggle this on/off in the main "Employment type" menu.
Click the blue "Edit" button on the right side of the screen.
Toggle the employment type "on" or "off" with the button on the left side of the menu.
Click "Save."
