3	Columns denoted as "Not Used" will always be blank
4	The Company ID will be configured in the Business Structure field in flaik and will always have the value Y4658815
5	The Worker ID will be taken from the Staff Management -> Payroll ID field in flaik
6	The column Pay is the paycode and it will always be "Commission" even though it also includes hourly pay. This will be configured in the paycode field in flaik.
7	The column Hours is the total hours worked for the employee over the 2 week pay period
8	The Column Amount is the Total $ Amount of all hourly and incentive pay for the two week pay period
