What are flaik tags?

flaik tags are GPS devices that are worn around the leg of a guest or staff member and will track the location of the person throughout the day.

MOUNTAIN VIEW

At any time throughout the day you can go to Mountain View and see live tracking of each class on the mountain and each guest who is wearing a tag.

RELIVE YOUR LESSON

After each lesson, the guest or parent is emailed a summary of the day. Each run is grouped into its own section and can be played back.

Use Case: Mountain View for Missing Child

IMPROVE SAFETY AND MINIMIZE RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS

When a child goes missing from their instructor's care, it can quickly become a very stressful incident that requires multi-department engagement and may pull in numerous employees if it is not resolved quickly. With Mountain View, you are able to see the location of every instructor and guest on the mountain in real time, so locating children quickly requires minimal resources.

Use Case: Mountain View Guest Lost their Group

IMPROVE GUEST EXPERIENCE

Often guests will show up late or become separated from their instructor. With Mountain View, a guest can easily be reunited with their instructor, which minimizes the impact to the lesson.

Use Case SAFETY/VALUE: Relive Your Childs Day

ADDED SAFETY, OVERSIGHT AND LESSON VALUE

Parents are often looking for information about the type of terrain their child is skiing to know what types of runs they can safely take them down as they progress. With Relive Your Lesson, your guests can monitor their child's progression as they learn and improve!

Use Case: Relive Your Lesson Email/Marketing

INCREASE PRODUCT VALUE AND MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES

The Relive Your Lesson email is a great marketing asset collateral for which we see extremely high open rates. People want to see where they went through the day on the trail map, so they are keen to open their email and check out this content. They can also be sent a report card. This is a great opportunity to add to the value perception of their lesson and give you a competitive advantage.

OTHER USE CASES

  • Patrol: Use for patrol for tracking employees during higher risk, out of bounds, working in isolation scenarios such as out of bounds search and rescue.

  • Grooming: Putting a tag in a grooming machine allows you to view each cat's location in real time on the Mountain View screen.

  • Bike Lessons: By using tags on bike guides you are able to create GPS tracks for the guest and have them automatically receive a Relive Your Lesson email based on the GPS tracks of their guide.

  • Bike Park Safety: Track employees in the bike park to ensure safety in situations such as trail sweep where they may be riding highly technical trails in adverse conditions alone.

  • Occupational Health and Safety: Working alone in high risk operational roles often creates job hazards and risks that can be mitigated by oversight on employees location and movement patterns helping your resort to show duty of care when incidents occur.

  • Incident Investigation: When a serious incident occurs on the mountain resulting in damage to property or injury to staff or guests, gathering as much information as quickly as possible is vital to identify cause and provide information to the parties involved and their insurers. Mountain View provides another dimension of information to assist with accuracy in these cases.

  • Kids Summer Camps: Hiking, biking or just at a park - tags are a great way to keep tabs on the whereabouts of all your summer kids groups throughout your resort.
