Accounting / Missing Tag Procedures

flaik provides a few different tools to keep track of your GPS tag fleet. Although they are GPS devices, they do go missing when they travel home with guests or end up in the freezer of your employee housing (believe us, this happens more frequently than we would like to admit)!

When tags go missing, be prepared to find them quickly and efficiently before a guest takes them home as a souvenir, they get run over by a snowcat, or buried in a snowbank for the remainder of the season!

It's highly recommended to utilize the included tools daily, as it's much more challenging to find tags days after being lost (as the battery will die and the location will not be updated). A best practice is to have a small team of employees assigned to tag accounting and allow time in their schedule at the end of the day to track down all tags.
